G’day all and after a bumper 2007 season which saw us with our biggest ever squad welcome to the 2008 season. 

Training will commence from Wednesday, 12 March 5pm at

Bales Park, Sydney Road Chatswood. We will move back to Gore Hill Oval from Wednesday 2 April. The first game of the season will be Sunday 30 March. 

We’re looking forward to another successful on-field and off-field year. Our off field activities will include a family get together, the infamous footy trip (potentially bigger and better following a conversation with Super Coach Nelson over a couple of beers at the swanky St Leonard’s Tavern) and some team nights at our new Home Club, the Northbridge Golf Club (maybe including a season launch with a viewing of that elusive GF DVD?).

I have quite a few outstanding registrations from last year (say for example the 2 coaches sons!).  

 

We play full field, 15 to 18 a side footy in Division 1 this year and given those numbers we are likely to be able to field only one team this year given the unavailability of a few players every week for a variety of reasons.
